The move to WordPress continues
WordPress has come on in leaps and bounds since we started working with content management systems. In former times, we would advise clients to use WordPress only if they were more interested in blogging, and Joomla! if they wanted a full-blown website. Today WordPress fits the bill for most purposes and I there are very few reasons for needing anything else.
Advantages of WordPress
First of all, it is much easier for clients to work with – from the editing of text to the addition of pictures, WordPress is a breeze. The choice of templates, and the ease of changing them is another great benefit. And probably most important, WordPress is easy to backup and update, meaning that there are likely to be fewer security issues.
