As part of an ongoing digital transformation project, Brighton Web is helping Micron2 prepare its extensive technical knowledge base for the age of AI. Over the years, Micron2 has accumulated a large collection of product documentation, technical guides, application notes, and industry resources that support its work in food safety and environmental monitoring.

We are developing an AI-powered knowledge assistant that will enable customers to interact with this information conversationally. Instead of browsing document libraries, users will be able to ask questions in plain English and receive answers sourced directly from Micron2’s documentation. The project combines structured document management, intelligent search, and large language models to create a more accessible and efficient way of sharing specialist knowledge.
